Airline Quality Rating study – complaints up 28% since 2010 April 4, 2011

The friendly skies?  Not according to the results of the recently released Airline Quality Rating (AQR) study, compiled by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Airline performance complaints went up a whopping 28% in 2010, according to the study. Customers are not satisfied, even though the airlines lost fewer bags, bumped fewer passengers and flew more flights on time.
